Pastoral Search
The North Scott Baptist Church is a rural church, drawing members and regular attendees from a 20 mile radius. The church used to draw heavily on families from the farming community, but that is becoming less true. God has recently added many young families making Sunday school and youth ministries a growing focus.
A recent survey highlights the desire of the membership to have a pastor after the model of 1 Timothy 3, 1 Peter 5 and Titus 1 with a specific emphasis on 'apt to teach'.
